Swearing In

The Deaf Education and Math/Science Education group swore in as Peace Corps Volunteers on December 14th!!

I was asked to give a speech in KSL which was an honor.  Three of us wrote a speech together…I gave it in KSL first, then a second PCV gave it in Kiswahili, and the third PCV gave it in English.

This year also marked Peace Corps’ 50th anniversary.
