Phone Call From Hospital Regarding Surgery

This happened with my first CI surgery as well.  The hospital called and left a message about my upcoming surgery.

I will never understand why they don’t come to the conclusion that  a deaf person who is scheduled to get a cochlear implant…just may…just may not be able to hear on the phone or hear the message.  😉
