I feel better about my decision to restart P90X after today’s physical therapy session. I was told the other day to avoid doing lunges and squats so I didn’t ask anything about it.
My therapist actually decided to have me try doing some lunges and squats. They were modified versions of them but she felt comfortable having me trying them. Nice to know I can at least do modified versions of them if necessary. She said just to be sure I don’t overextend and to stop if it hurts.
Today: Day #8 of working out and Day #1 of P90x!
